Jumplead 3

Matt Fenn on Feature development,

Jumplead 3 is Live! We've just released the latest version of Jumplead with a host of new features for converting your website visitors into leads and managing the privacy consents given by your contacts.

Privacy Consent Management

With the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) it's important to be able to record, manage and provide your contacts with access to the individual communication consents you gather from them.

So we've added Consent Widgets that can be created in the Contacts Settings within Jumplead and then added to your Conversion Flow Forms. A consent widget is essentially a tick box form field, but with privacy management super powers.

When a contact ticks your Consent Widget, their consent is recorded within their profile page along with a screen shot of their form completion so that you can prove consent was given should you be challenged later. Also, your contact is able to retract their consent themselves at any time from their communication preferences page.

Lead Conversion Flows

We're really excited about Conversion Flows, they take a simple form completion to the next level, with an almost limitless potential for customisation you can create interactive sequences that gather information and move your lead through steps that turn a simple form completion into a conversation with opportunities for up selling and adding value at each step.

You can start a Conversion Flow as an embedded page form that updates itself as each step is completed, or you can choose to open an overlay for subsequent steps.

Conversion flows can end with a redirect, a thank you page or simply reset the displayed form.

When creating your Conversion Flows you can group them into Goals to keep them organised, and build them up with a graphic step creator.

Statistics for activity and conversion rates is shown for leads entering the Conversion Flow and for completing as well as details of the individual steps. Lead activity is shown from individual Conversion Flows and aggregated on the main page giving you a clear understanding of how your flows are performing and the details of those leads converting on them.

New Drag and Drop Editor

Creating web forms and web pages can be really tricky to get looking just how you want them to. This is why we've launched a brand new drag and drop builder that has a range of handy components you can simply drag into your page where you want them.

Plus, page components can be dragged into new positions and all of the HTML elements can be edited via the settings panel on the right hand side of the editor window.

Our new editor comes with the Privacy Consent Widgets you add in to the system available as simple draggable components.

We'll also be rolling out the drag and drop editor to the landing page builder and also the email builder so that there is a single, super awesome way to build your stuff!

We really hope you enjoy these new features and that it makes dealing with changing privacy legislation easier and more manageable.
