Pro Active Chat
We thought very carefully about how chat might work as part of the Jumplead workflow, and have taken a 'pro-active' chat approach.
Pro-active chat is where you decide which visitors you wish to chat with and open the dialogue rather than having the chat box open all of the time.
We took this route because we felt that it allowed a more targeted approach, allowing you to choose who you want to chat with, and avoided having an unmanned chat box for long periods of time when no operators are available.
